These masks are the 3D part of my project and they show different stereotypes that affect the Colombian society.

On the top right, we can see the mask that represents the stereotype of masculinity, by using two colors black, and blue which are the colors that represent masculinity, the mask also has nails to represent the idea that men work in physical ways, money to show the stereotype that they are the ones that have to bring money home, and wine corks to show the idea that all men are drinkers.

On the top left, we can see a mask that represents the stereotype of the poor which was done only using dirt, to show the absence of material things and also to show the stereotype that all poor are dirty.

On the bottom right we can see a mask which was painted with paint done using different spices found in the kitchen to show the stereotype of the stay at home mom and the stereotype that women belong on the kitchen. The mask has different coloros arround the eyes and also purple lines on the top to show makeup and show better the feminine side of the mask.

On the bottom left we can see the mask that represents the rich people stereotype which uses colors as green, gold, and silver to show money and it also uses money with the greatest value to exemplify the stereotype.

This is my 2D final piece which represents Colombia on a symbolic way using materials related to the four stereotypes already selected.
